Currently, I have a nice little rhubarb patch in the backyard. If I can get it harvested before I am eaten alive by mosquitos then I would sure like to do something with it. Every year my patch is raided for a July 1st (Canada Day) gathering of family and friends so I haven't been able to do much with it myself...but this year it went untouched...much to my surprise (and disappointment because I do enjoy the rhubarb punch after the parade). So I want to harvest said rhubarb and make something out of it but don't really know where to start. For anyone else who is clueless about rhubarb, here's some information for you: Don't:
