Home Storage Goals:
- Variety of cereal, grains-rice, oatmeal, etc.
- Paper Towel (or cloth rags), garden seeds, olive or other oil,
- prescription medication
Other Goals:
- Make a goal and plan to exercise regularly- starting small if you have to (ie: once per week) and gradually increase.
- You only need to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes per day which can be split up throughout the day. Exercising doesn't mean you have to buy a gym pass or home equipment...it can be as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking at the back of the parking lot and walking into the store, etc.
